9. Change-of-Mind Returns

WRLE is not required to provide a refund solely because a customer has changed their mind, selected the wrong product, found the product cheaper elsewhere or no longer wants the product, unless our Returns & Refunds Policy states otherwise.

Where WRLE voluntarily offers a change-of-mind return, the conditions of that policy will apply.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including products that have been opened or used where hygiene or safety considerations reasonably apply.

Important Consumer Rights
